We are a local husband and wife team who have been landlords ourselves for many years. Unlike many estate agents, we focus purely on letting in the High Wycombe and surrounding area. This is our expertise and our landlord services include marketing and referencing a tenant to rent collection or fully managed arrangement to suit your individual requirements. Our properties will often cover 1 bed flats/apartments to 2, 3 or 4 bed houses which are let quickly through our relationships with the main property portals Rightmove, Zoopla and Find-a-property.
